Team rosters must be turned in to Lenny Bachicha no later than 8:30 am on Sunday March 4th, 2018. Teams may be made up of up to 15 wrestlers from the Experienced division ( 6 under, 8 under, 10 under, 12 under, 15 under) brackets only (no women’s only bracket wrestler allowed on roster - no novice wrestler allowed). Team scoring will be based on the listed points for final placing in the tournament - top 6 placement only . Bonus points scored thought out the event will not figure into team score, Overall Team Awards 1st thu 3rd plaques.
Weigh-ins for all brackets: Friday, March 2nd: 5pm - 9 pm, main location –
UNC - Butler Hancock Building - Rec Center, use southwest side doors, follow the signs, university parking will be free after 5 pm.

With the start of wrestling season we are excited to announce our tournament date of March 3rd & 4th , 2018 at the University of Northern Colorado - Bank of Colorado Butler Hancock Gym in Greeley, Colorado. The Colorado State Youth Wrestling Championship Committee Members would like to thank everyone for their continued support throughout the last 17 years. With your support we have been able to give back all levels of wrestling from elementary, middle school, high school, college, women's, and Olympic wrestling from our amazing state. With the 2017 tournament we were able to contribute $26,805.00 to Colorado wrestling.The following is a list of these wrestlers and organization we are proud to support.

The CYSWC Committe
In support of Women's wrestling in the state of Colorado, the CSYWC committee has included an girls only division. It is broken down into two divisions - elementary (k - 2 grade & 3 - 5 grade) and middle school (6 - 8 grade). Top four placer will receive trophies in each weight class, which will be setup by Madison Block bracketing, in a round robin format. giving the girls the most matches possible.
The Novice Divisions are as follows:
4 Under - Madison Block Bracketing - Round Robin
6 Under, 8 Under, 10 Under
What is consider a novice wrestler for this CSYWC tournament:
If the tournaments your wrestler, wrestled in were novice/rookie tournaments whether it be a National or State they will still be considered Novice. As long as your wrestler did not place in any State or National Experienced level bracket EVER and are still within their 2 years of competition they may wrestle novice at our tournament.
